A high-foaming, all-purpose cleaner and degreaser, which contains no phosphates. This product can be used as a base concentrate by adding acid or alkaline boosters. This product is safe on soft metals and is designed for light soils. May be applied by brush or with foaming units on equipment, utensils, walls, and floors in all departments of meat, poultry, and general food processing plants. Kosher certified.
