A high-foaming, heavy-duty caustic cleaner and degreaser. Contains powerful mixture of surfactants and chelating agents for use in difficult cleaning applications. A strong alkaline cleaner, designed for stainless steel or black iron surfaces. Product may be used cold, but best results are usually obtained at temperatures between 100 – 120 degrees. May be used in all departments of meat, poultry, and general food processing plants. Kosher certified.
